Today I have been thinking about the wonderfulness of modern technology that allows us to stay connected. I love being able to text Matt all day long. Just little one-liners, or something funny the kids said, or just plain old 'hi.' I love it. A few years ago, I read John Adams. It is such a great book and I recommend it to everyone (it's a tough one, but so worth it.) John and Abigail, back in the day, had to write letters to each other to stay connected while John was away. The idea of writing letters is romantic and all, but that would be so hard. I am grateful to be able to text my dear spouse and get an instant response. So awesome.
